Do unused scans roll over?

Monthly scans do not roll over. Your plan's scan allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle, and any unused monthly scans from the prior cycle are not carried forward. Top-up packs you purchase separately are different: those never expire.

Why monthly scans reset

Monthly scans are part of your subscription for that cycle, priced to be used within it, so each new cycle starts fresh at the full allowance rather than stacking unused ones on top. This keeps the plan simple and the pricing predictable.

What carries over

Purchased top-up page packs sit in a separate bucket that the monthly refresh never touches, so they stay on your account until you use them. When you run a scan, your monthly allowance is spent first and top-ups are drawn down only after it runs out, so you never burn a non-expiring top-up while monthly scans remain.
