Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and id8s ("id8s," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the GEO IQ website, application, and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

2. The Service

GEO IQ analyzes web pages and provides scores, signals, and recommendations related to search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) for AI answer engines. Some features use third-party AI models and live web search. Results are informational, are generated in part by non-deterministic AI systems, and may vary between runs. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic, or business outcome.

3. Accounts and security

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at help@id8s.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We use a third-party authentication provider to manage sign-in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan or submit URLs or content you are not authorized to analyze, or that infringe the rights of others.
• Abuse, overload, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to violate any applicable law or third-party terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

5. Plans, credits, billing, and renewals

• The technical audit is free. AI-powered scans are metered by your plan. A complete AI page scan combines Content Quality and AI Search Visibility on one URL.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged a prorated amount at the time of upgrade. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over; purchased top-up scans do not expire.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused monthly plan credits.
• Purchased top-up credit packs may be refunded only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the corresponding unused credits are removed from your balance.
• We may change prices or plan features on a prospective basis; changes apply to your next billing cycle.

6. Your content

"Your Content" means the URLs, keywords, and related inputs you submit. You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant id8s a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including transmitting page content to our AI and search providers to generate results. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content for analysis.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by id8s and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, AI processing, and hosting. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Pages you scan are independent third-party websites that we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, id8s and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold id8s harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which id8s is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
