This Privacy Policy explains how id8s ("id8s," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the GEO Scanner website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: your name and email address, collected through our authentication provider when you sign up or sign in.
• Billing information: processed by our payment provider to manage your subscription. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Scan data: the URLs and keywords you submit, the page content retrieved for analysis, and the resulting scores and recommendations, which we save to your scan history.
• Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the Service (such as actions taken, credit usage, and diagnostic logs) to operate and improve it.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for sign-in, security, and essential functionality, as described below.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To run the scans you request and save your history.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and scan history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Recent AI results are cached for a short period (about two weeks) so that re-scanning the same page does not incur additional cost. We retain certain records as required for legal, tax, and security purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, have specific rights, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising them. 9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
